We want to activate the Bellagio Parkway Community. Perhaps we can form a business network or a network of friends. There are a lot of expatriates from all over the world living in the Bellagio and this Blog might be your first contact. Then later on we can organize monthly off line meetings. Let's make life at the Bellagio exciting. I believe we need a few Pubs so there is a place to meet. Again my name is Karl Waelti, like Christian Schild the GM of Property I am from Switzerland. On the picture you see me and my wife Phaik Imm on our last trip to Switzerland. We live in Penang Malaysia and when ever I am in Jakarta I stay at the Bellagio Parkway Residence. What a great place, with friendly girls serving the drinks. Agus Effendi has declared that this is his second office. Well as long he means after working hours then I cannot reject this great idea. A great place to entertain.

The Healthy Choice

"New way of enjoying life to the fullest..." Pak. Ron Mullers and Pak. Sebastian Gunadi and Karl Waelti we tried the good food in "The Healthy Choice" Restaurant. The Laksa was very good. So next morning I went to try the Breakfast. I had a Yogurt, a German Black Berry juice and a Spanish Omelet which was served in a SS steal plate. Taste was ok but to eat our of a ss steal dish is not very nice. The price of the breakfast was Rp. 150.000 "only".

At 6 am the gymnasium at the Bellagio Residence is very busy. People are waiting to use the bysical and other equipment.

This office has been set up to take care of the tenants and apartment owners. This is the office to go or call whenever you have a problem or whenever you need any assistance.

The property General Manager is Christian Schild. He has a lot of experience in Restaurant and Hotel operation. He is an expert in Food Production. He started his career as a Chef. He was the executive chef of the Holiday Inn in Singapore and also Intercontinental Hotel "Borobudur" Jakarta. He speaks Indonesian. He was General Manager of Airline Catering Company in Bali.
We have set up an office especially for the tenants on the lower ground floor. Come and visit us, we are here to help to improve to enjoy your stay at the Bellagio.

Getting ready for operation

First we send a Task Force to investigate all the opportunities. Ibu Purtjahyatti our corporate director HRD interviewed all the existing employees. We are setting up our services.

About our intentions and mission.

We are Core Hospitality International and we have been assigned as the property management of Bellagio Apartments in Jakarta. The developer has agreed to double brand the property and this is way it is now called Bellagio Parkway Residents and the Bellagio Parkway Mansions. We started our assignment on April 15, 2007.
We know that there are a lot of opportunities for all of us and we strongly believe that we can achieve the required results and come up with the right solutions. Of course first we have to set up “SYSTEM” and then focus on the rectifying of all the opportunities.
In the long term it is very important that we create a community and communicate daily with you on progress. Our mission is: “It’s the extra care that counts” and we will train our associates to apply our mission every day. Our guests and apartment owners will soon feel and experience of the difference that our mission is demonstrating.
We want that the Bellagio-Parkway Residence and Bellagio Parkway Mansions will become the most enjoyable place to live in Jakarta.
