Jakarta hit by earthquake.

On Wednesday August 8, 2007 Indonesia with hit by a earthquake over 7 on the om you Richter sc
kale. The building took the hits exceptionally well. The Bellagio a modern apartment building was build according to the Los Angeles earthquake code.
In this part of the world we have to expect that Earthquake will happen again and again The chances to get hurt is much greater if you live in a bungalow that has been build 20 years ago than in a modern building. In case of an earthquake do not run out of the building because you might be hit by sharp peaces of glass or other part of the building that just break down. We shall supply you with complete instructions of how to behave in a earthquake,
We also hired a structural engineering company to check all the piles and ensure that non of them has any cracks. This work will take some time and we will keep you informed on the outcome.
In case that in your apartment there are some of the walls with new cracks. Please inform us immediately so we can take corrective actions. Also please note that we have an assurance for damages to the building by earthquake. .
We are looking forwards to hear and soon and with you a pleasant stay at Bellagio.

It's with a tremendous satisfaction and gratitude that PT. Centra Lingga Perkasa has awarded the Management of the Bellagio Apartments to PT. Core Hospitality International. It is with pleasure and at the same time challenging to engage ourselves in a prestige property like the Bellagio Parkway Apartments and make it successful.
In Jakarta the rental apartments have become a very competitive market. There is even an over supply. Despite all this we are looking with confidence to produce high occupancy. In the almost 50 years in business I only operated in Places that are very competitive and have learned to like it because it helps to bring the best out of all of us. I am very proud to say that over the past 16 years we have transformed our organization into a cohesive team that can overcome and win in a difficult market place and environment again and again.

(Jakarta, 11 mei 2007) - PT. Centra Lingga Perkasa, developer dari Bellagio Residence dan Bellagio Mansion telah menunjuk PT. Core Hospitality International sebagai Properti Manajemen yang baru untuk mengelola dua apartemen mewah di Kawasan Mega Kuningan Barat, Jakarta Selatan.
Penandatanganan kerjasama dilakukan oleh Direktur Utama PT. Centra Lingga Perkasa, Sudjono Barak Rimba, Direktur Eksekutif, Sebastian Gunadi dan Direktur Utama PT. Core Hospitality International, Ellen Riupassa, Wakil Presiden Pengembangan, Baju W. Nugroho. The Bellagio Residence dilengkapi dengan pusat perbelanjaan dengan aneka ragam restoran, ruang serba guna, dan pusat kebugaran.

We had our press conference announcing the appointment of Core Hospitality International as Management Company of the Bellagio Residence and Bellagio Mansion. Two beautiful buildings with almost a 1000 apartment. For Core Hospitality this is the first five star property in Jakarta.
The Press Conference was attended by the following VIPs.
Mr. Gunarso S. Margono, Mr. Sudjono Barak Rimba, Mrs. Melanie Barak Rimba, Mr. Sebastian Gunadi, Mr. Ron Mullers.
It was a successful conference.

The Bellagio Parkway Community

We want to activate the Bellagio Parkway Community. Perhaps we can form a business network or a network of friends. There are a lot of expatriates from all over the world living in the Bellagio and this Blog might be your first contact. Then later on we can organize monthly off line meetings. "New way of enjoying life to the fullest..." Pak. Ron Mullers and Pak. Sebastian Gunadi and Karl Waelti we tried the good food in "The Healthy Choice" Restaurant. The Laksa was very good. So next morning I went to try the Breakfast. I had a Yogurt, a German Black Berry juice and a Spanish Omelet which was served in a SS steal plate. Taste was ok but to eat our of a ss steal dish is not very nice. The price of the breakfast was Rp. 150.000 "only".
