Ladies and Gentlemen,
It's with a tremendous satisfaction and gratitude that PT. Centra Lingga Perkasa has awarded the Management of the Bellagio Apartments to PT. Core Hospitality International. It is with pleasure and at the same time challenging to engage ourselves in a prestige property like the Bellagio Parkway Apartments and make it successful.
In Jakarta the rental apartments have become a very competitive market. There is even an over supply. Despite all this we are looking with confidence to produce high occupancy. In the almost 50 years in business I only operated in Places that are very competitive and have learned to like it because it helps to bring the best out of all of us. Competition is healthy for those who have a passion to never stopping betterment. I am very proud to say that over the past 16 years we have transformed our organization into a cohesive team that can overcome and win in a difficult market place and environment again and again.
Today to be competitive is no longer just a matter of facilities, size of rooms, it is service.
It is also no longer just a matter of standard and procedures. You might think why? Well it is very simple, today just anybody can do that. In most establishments today you can get a satisfactory service. To differentiate ourselves we started some years ago with our "Extra Care Service" that has proven very successful because it goes a step further and it concentrate on the way the service is delivered. We train our associates to be warm, friendly, genuine and kind. That we do a good job is the expectation the Extra is what makes the difference. From satisfaction to delightful customers. We believe in creating a friendly and caring workplace for our associates and also offer them career opportunities. This will reflect on the way they serve our tenants and owners. It creates enthusiasm that is so much needed.
This is another reason why I am confident that we can make a very positive difference in the Jakarta Market Place. One pleasant challenge we like to achieve is to develop a Bellagio Parkway Community that is in harmony, peace and secure.
