It's with a tremendous satisfaction and gratitude that PT. Centra Lingga Perkasa has awarded the Management of the Bellagio Apartments to PT. Core Hospitality International. It is with pleasure and at the same time challenging to engage ourselves in a prestige property like the Bellagio Parkway Apartments and make it successful.
In Jakarta the rental apartments have become a very competitive market. There is even an over supply. Despite all this we are looking with confidence to produce high occupancy. In the almost 50 years in business I only operated in Places that are very competitive and have learned to like it because it helps to bring the best out of all of us. Competition is healthy for those who have a passion to never stopping betterment. I am very proud to say that over the past 16 years we have transformed our organization into a cohesive team that can overcome and win in a difficult market place and environment again and again.
Today to be competitive is no longer just a matter of facilities, size of rooms, it is service.
It is also no longer just a matter of standard and procedures. You might think why? Well it is very simple, today just anybody can do that. The Bellagio Residence & Mansion



(Jakarta, 11 mei 2007) - PT. Centra Lingga Perkasa, developer dari Bellagio Residence dan Bellagio Mansion telah menunjuk PT. Core Hospitality International sebagai Properti Manajemen yang baru untuk mengelola dua apartemen mewah di Kawasan Mega Kuningan Barat, Jakarta Selatan.



Penandatanganan kerjasama dilakukan oleh Direktur Utama PT. Centra Lingga Perkasa, Sudjono Barak Rimba, Direktur Eksekutif, Sebastian Gunadi dan Direktur Utama PT. Core Hospitality International, Ellen Riupassa, Wakil Presiden Pengembangan, Baju W. Nugroho. The Bellagio Residence dilengkapi dengan pusat perbelanjaan dengan aneka ragam restoran, ruang serba guna, dan pusat kebugaran.



"Kami adalah developer properti bukan building management. Kami memerlukan orang yang professional dan berpengalaman dalam building service industry dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan service/mutu pelayanan untuk para customer”, ungkap Sudjono Barak Rimba setelah acara penandatanganan.



Karl Waelti CEO Core Hotels International BVI merasa bangga ditunjuk sebagai manajemen Bellagio Parkway, salah satu apartemen yang menjadi icon di Jakarta. Selama 16 tahun mereka telah menghasilkan satu team manajemen yang solid dan bertanggung jawab untuk memenej dan mengembangkan 31 hotel dan properti residensial. "Tujuan kami adalah mengelola 40 properti diseluruh Indonesia sampai dengan tahun 2010”, Karl Waelti manambahkan.



Merek-merek milik PT. Core Hospitality International yang akan dipasarkan adalah Grand Elite untuk hotel kelas mewah (*5), Parkway untuk apartemen mewah dengan produk dan fasilitas tingkat atas (*5), TravellerS untuk hotel baru dan hotel konversi kelas menengah atas dengan pelayanan lengkap (*4/*4 plus), Trend-z untuk hotel kontemporer, baru, bergaya dan moderen dimana semua aktifitas ada disana (*3 plus/*4) dan Cozy Hotel untuk hotel menengah.



PT. Core Hospitality International saat ini mengelola 32 properti hotel dan properti residensial yang tersebar di 19 kota besar di Indonesia (19 properti sudah beroperasi dan 13 dalam pengembangan). Selanjutnya dalam mengelola Bellagio Residence dan Mansion, Apartemen ini akan memakai nama Bellagio Parkway Residence dan Bellagio Parkway Mansion.
